Anyone who has had a problem with Capital Metro's MetroAccess service should do an intake with Advocacy Inc.
Call 1-800-252-9108
1. If you have been DENIED eligibility for MetroAccess service, either a new application or re-certification (which is usually every 2 years), if you believe you need the service.
2. If you have been given CONDITIONAL eligibility - for example - if you are allowed to use MetroAccess only for certain rides, only at night, or only some part of the year but feel you need additional service.
3. If you have been given TEMPORARY eligibility for MetroAccess service, but feel you have a need for additional service and have been denied.
4. If you have been denied because you live in an area that is no longer part of the SERVICE AREA of Capital Metro - which has changes since 2002.
We need many more complaints on file to get federal enforcement to protect the rights of passengers with disabilities.
